Hello: I founded Bevington Real Estate LLC to help Buyers and Sellers of residential real estate have the most stress-free, informed real estate transaction process as possible! I base my business model on quality of service over volume. I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1991, and 98% of my business is from past client referrals. I am the author of the two popular real estate consumer books, Home Buying for Smarties and Home Selling for Smarties. Educating you as to the real estate process and getting things organized before you are under contract is my goal!
