About Charles

I have been licensed as a real estate broker in Washington State since 1997 and am the Designated Broker/Owner of Bevington Real Estate LLC. I was originally licensed (while attending college) in 1991 in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. My B.A. is in Economics and Communications from The American University. I am the author of the popular consumer books, Home Buying for Smarties and Home Selling for Smarties (available in print or Kindle format). As a certified clock hour instructor, I have taught hundreds of classes to consumers and industry professionals and for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. I am a former public board member on a WA State Gubernatorial Appointee Board. Additionally, I was invited by the attorney for the WA Association of Realtors to serve on an education panel at the WA Bar Association regarding the condominium Resale Certificate process and the WUCIOA law. I do not have a criminal record and have never been disciplined or fined for any violations by any professional organization. Outside of real estate, I run a natural products representative brokerage in the Pacific Nortwest. I am an avid reader and author of an ongoing satirical mystery novel series and a huge animal lover!
